Types of coaching

Systemic coaching

In a system, all parts are connected and interact (mobilé idea). Therefore, your personality connects the different roles you play in your job, private life and organizations.

For this reason we work systemically in coaching and consider you as a whole, as a person. We accompany you on your way to holistic answers and solutions that are sustainable for you as a person.

Systemic coaching +

In systemic coaching, the coachee learns more about himself and the systems in which he acts. This allows him to change his perception, patterns and behavior.

In addition, Systemic Coaching + also takes the organization into a systemic view. Optional feedback sessions, which are moderated by the coach, give the organization the opportunity to receive feedback from the coachee, to learn and, if necessary, to derive a need for action.

Agile coaching

Do you want to clarify your role(s) in the agile working methods of your organization?

Or do you want to give your agile teams support in the formation and further development of an agile mindset and their agile methods?

As certified Scrum Masters, Product Owners and SAFe(R) 5 Program Consultants (SPCs), we coach the introduction and improvement of agile working methods such as OKRs, Scrum, Kanban or Design Thinking.

The coaching process

1. Getting to know each other

In a short 15-min. You clarify the fit with the coach as a basis for the joint work.

2. Clarifications

Together we work out your specific wishes for your development, goals for the coaching sessions and the role of the coach.

3. Working phase

You work on your topics and the transfer to everyday life at your own pace with methodical support from the coach.

4. Closing Phase

We look at the coaching process that has been completed, the goals that have been achieved and check whether anything is still open.

Coaching „to go“

Here you are with the coach. Movement in a varied environment promotes blood circulation in the brain and thus the flow of thoughts. You walk around 8,000 steps in a 90-minute coaching session and treat yourself to a healthy day. In the XL variant, you hike for a day with the coach.

Coaching creative

This coaching takes place in creative places, for example in the theatre, in the off-theatre or in Argentine tango schools. In this way, inspiring perspectives open up on the „boards that mean the world“ or where people usually „dream with their feet“, which give valuable impetus to the coaching process.

„On the job“

We as coaches experience you at your workplace. There you can prepare and reflect on events with the coach. You can implement the knowledge gained in the coaching immediately, try out new approaches and then go back to reflection. This creates an extremely effective practice transfer.

2 to 8 hours per coaching unit

Sales coaching

The coaching takes place on the sales tour around the customer appointments. In this way, you can put what you have learned into practice right away in the next appointment and try it out. We evaluate the experiences gained along the way, so that you can start the next customer appointment with the knowledge you have gained.
