When a Saxon philosopher and a Bavarian ecologist
found a company together, ethical and ecological
thinking and acting are part of their DNA. They show
themselves in many manifestations and inevitably
permeate everything.
For us, acting ethically
means acting responsibly towards people and the
environment.
The focus on interactions
between people and the avoidance of waste are core
elements of the mindset in Agile and Lean.
We encourage people to develop suitable individual solutions for themselves, and sometimes discard a planned agenda to do so. We do not promise unrealistic results and would rather reject an order than implement measures that we consider pointless.
In order to deal responsibly with limited resources, avoiding waste is a simple and intelligent solution. We deal with Lean in the context of Lean (Project) Management and Lean Business Development.
In our opinion, agile working is a logical consequence of the increasing complexity and dynamism of the business and social environments. Internally, we work with Scrum because it leads us to results faster.
We are reducing our company's carbon footprint. As far as is reasonably possible, we work remotely. In addition, we offset the CO2 from our travel to customers and, where possible, also in our business operations.
In order to be able to realize even larger projects, we
make use of a network of external partners, whom we call
